Q: Will my mirror come with all necessary hardware?
A: Most mirrors will come with brackets mounted on the rear side, allowing you to hang your mirror vertically or horizontally. They will not, however, include the hooks on which to attach these brackets to the wall. For a select few mirrors, a Z Hanger will be attached to the rear side of the mirror to ensure secure hanging. Q: When will my order ship?
A: Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time it was placed. Any orders that are placed after 12:30 pm will be considered received on the following day. Orders received after 12:30 pm on Friday will be considered received the following Monday.
Q: I changed my mind, can I return my mirror?
A: You are welcome to return your mirror in new condition, but will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com or call us at 636-326-7670, so we can send you a shipping label and collect any applicable fees. Q: My item was damaged or defective upon arrival, what can I do?

Q: Can I return a mirror that I bought from an authorized retailer?
A: If you purchased a Hitchcock Butterfield mirror through one of our dealers, please contact them for any order, return or shipping customer service.
Q: Can my mirror be exposed to water or condensation?
A: While we don’t advise taking it for a swim, all our mirrors are able to withstand the steam or condensation in a bathroom due to showers, minor splashes, etc.
Q: How do I clean my mirror?
A: Remove dust using a clean soft cloth that will attract and hold dust particles. Glass cleaner with light pressure may be used on the mirror glass but do not use liquid or abrasive cleaners on any other parts of the mirror as they may damage the finish.

A: Unfortunately, Hitchcock Butterfield only ships within the United States at this time.
Q: What kind of shipping cost can I expect?
A: If you live within the contiguous United States, your shipping is included in the cost of your mirror! For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, shipping prices will vary depending on the method and/or size of the mirror purchased.
